Nove Guest House - Florence

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with spacious accommodations for three people. Each room had unique decor and air conditioning to keep us cool. Caterina, the host, was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

An intimate and quiet hotel, my first choice in Florence. Early check-in, well-designed room with balcony and very high ceiling plus air condition. Perfect, incredible location in Florence, next to all the main attractions Florence has to offer as well as wine bars.

The room had updated décor. The bed offered a nice level of comfort for a good night's sleep.

Gaining access to the premises involved a 10-minute walk to a pizzeria for key pickup, inconvenient. The bathroom had a loose toilet seat and lacked soap and shampoo holders. The TV was outdated, and the constant street noise made it difficult to relax at times.

The room we had was beautiful and the location couldn't be better. You are in the middle of the city here.. There was only one girl, Serena, who was really helpful to us answering our questions. The other was not so helpful. Breakfast is nice but costs extra, not included. Otherwise, the price is very reasonable.

Internet was a problem, there is only wifi for the personel and they didn't want to give the code to any of the guests. The hours for checkin are terrible. You can only arrive between 2 and 6 otherwise no one is there. If you happen to arrive late they hit you with a huge charge starting at 30 Euros. Which also means there is no one there to answer any questions you might have.

Charming yet challenging stay

The location is the highlight-just a short walk to major attractions. Our room had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee.

The air conditioning was faulty, leaking water, which disturbed our nights.

Very pretty room with a kettle and a mini bar; and with great decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed and fantastic services.

Centrally located to all the sights.

Staff is very helpful, although only some of them speak English...so pack your dictionary! Also, it should be noted that this is not a hotel. Its a suite on the 3rd floor of a residential building.

Location was really good, only a few minutes walk from the duomo. Staff was very friendly. You feel like you are in your own house, they give you the keys to all the doors and elevator. The rooms are very well designed and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay very much. I am looking forward to coming back to florence and to stay in Black 5 again.

This hotel was excellent, but what would could have made it perfect is if they had Free Wi-fi.

The hotel was absolutely charming and exceptionally comfortable, with marvellous location right in the city centre. Location: the property was just off beautiful Florence and almost all other places of interest. I tried some drinks at bar Fuk Cocktail Bar, located 5 minutes walk away👌

Request detailed check-in instructions ahead of time to avoid confusion upon arrival and ensure a smoother entry to the hotel.

The decor of the hotel was stylish. The service at the hotel is very personable and friendly. There were certain extras I was required to pay for and these were kindly waived. I very much enjoyed the freedom of coming and going with my own keys to the building, felt more like a home than a hotel.

For four star accommodation there should be some soaps or shower gel in the shower.
